At Poppy, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
